Absolute crooks, installing a water heater I didn?t need when it was a breaker, (water heater not an option above). Replaced a working water heater. Never broke out a meter or voltage tester, never checked their work. Still don?t have hot water. Since they scammed me on the heater, one manager did agree I should at least at get the breaker fixed. The last straw was then being told it would be $1480 to fix that. I get it, these companies make money by selling product, but at least make this negligence right. Who lets them pull permits for this type of work?

The communication is terrible. They came out and did the installation they were great. But we paid for a UV light to clean the air 1400.00. They said the would be back on Monday. Waited a week no call. So I called they said they would have a manager call me back. Another week went by called back finally got a manager. Asked them to just refund it and still have not gotten the refund. Going to have to call them again. It has been two weeks.

This company replaced my entire AC system including ductwork. They never obtained a mechanical permit or permit of any kind that we can find on file. When I questioned them about it. I was made a promise that as of today is still unfulfilled. I was lied to when I questioned them about the permits and follow up inspection. It has been over a month and there was only a permit pulled after I called the code enforcement office and asked for it. I have called the county code inspection office and was told this company never applied for any permits and they are now involved. In the future, I will avoid this company at all costs.

These guys are liars! Did not complete the job. I stated I did not want to pay before being finished, but they persisted. Now... I am out of $1,200 and have a huge hole in my wall. Repair itself was decent at best. They will not return my calls, they literally skipped out. I will make sure everyone I come in contact with knows how liars these guys are!!!

. We had five estimates to replace our A/C system, and And Services was the only one to give us an immediate quote and offer us a system that had a UV light to help reduce allergens. As we both suffer from allergies, we knew we had to go with this one. They arrived a little earlier, and managed to get the entire system in in four-and-a-half hours. Our house is amazingly cool, and smells wonderful.

They were quick with great response time, they showed up within an hour and fixed the problem
