Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I hired Andam Construction Services on 10/20/04 to build out the 3rd floor of my house. Excuse after excuse, the work has yet to get started and it is almost a year later. When I demanded to terminate the contract both Nancy Conrad and Scott Jacobs quit anwering my phone calls. Since I paid 20% up front they would own me back several thousands of dollars. I was very excited about renovating my house and now this has turned into a nightmare.

So far so good. I really liked this company, very personable and they even helped me with another issue before our deck could be built. Project will start soon. I will update this rating when job is completed. Thank you

Still working on project and have asked them to do additional work replacing windows, etc. Communication great & flexible with changes. Would definitely hire them again.
