We LOVE our addition! Not only was the work top quality, but it was completed so quickly. Ander did a great job keeping everything on track and hires the best subcontractors. Thanks for making our home more spacious and more beautiful! For some reason Home Advisor made me select kitchen remodel - obviously our project was more involved than that.

Ander was on top of this project. His subcontractors were very experienced and did a great job. Ander kept track of all of the project details and was excellent at communicating with us. He personally inspected all work and even caught and fixed issues that we hadn't noticed. The project is nearly complete and is ahead of schedule. We would hire him again.

Do not hire Ander Ford Construction.We hired Ander for a multiple room renovation. After signing a contract with Ander for just over $50,000 and paying him a $30k deposit, he canceled the contract and kept the entire deposit. Ander did not start or finish any remodeling. We are now suing him. He is claiming we took too long to pick out materials and kept changing our minds. When his bids came back $28k over the contracted 50k, we tried to remove items from the project to keep within our budget. He refused to let us remove items and kept making change orders that we didnà ¢à  à  t want probably so he could claim we made all these excessive change orders. He is trying to claim over 300 hours of time he spent working on our project that just happens to be the exact amount of our deposit he took. From the day we signed the contract to the day he canceled us is only 50 business days excluding holidays. Basically he is claiming he spent around 7 hours a day on office work. We met about 6 times for 1 to 2 hours to pick out various materials for the project. Fair warning, beware of signing any contract with Ander Ford Construction He declared bankruptcy over a year ago and took our deposit money last year. I would leave a negative star review if I could.

Hi TJB however going by a name of Sharae B.- since you are using just your partial name and are hiding in anonymity, we would like everyone reading this to know that this review is the kind of approach taken by someone who is not open to sharing the entire story and with a frivolous claim? This is not an accurate portrayal of what happened. We have over 320 hours of planning and designing your project. Our estimates are all 30 days until expiration. We sent you a 50 Day notice after you changed your minds multiple times, requiring 6 separate change orders that we shared with you only to have you reject any additional costs for the additional work you required to be done under the same price. At 75 days(2-1/2 times longer than your estimate was good for) we canceled any further work since you were impossible and over budget. We wish You and Your Family the best.?
