Gary was very professional and responsive when we were looking to hire someone to do a concrete patio for our backyard.We chose Anderkin's to do the service because we felt that he knew what we needed and addressed our concerns.Our biggest concern we addressed to him prior to do doing the job is ensuring that water would flow out and not have puddles.The 3rd day after installation, it rained and puddles were forming at the bottom of the steps. We told him that same day and he said he can't do much because the concrete has already set in and to this day, we get big big puddles when it rains. He's never called again to see if everything is ok.

Anderkin's Property Services, LLC did an excellent job repalcing 2 sections of my driveway. The work was done in the amount of time that was agreed upon. Cost was very reasonable. Gary was very professial when giving me a free quote. Communication during the project was excellent. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank-you for a job well done.

Fast, courteous and very reasonably priced. Crew was clean and efficient. Time line was exactly what he said it would be and no hidden surprises. Great to work with and plan on using in the future. Was a 20 ft. round patio and looks great!!
