The guy who came to repair the washer should’ve let us know that it was not worth repairing. He spent three hours taking the machine apart and then after payment of $300 for parts we needed another part @ $100. I finally asked him if we should just buy a new machine, (I should’ve done my research.) So...$285 for labor, money out the window. He should’ve been honest upfront, that is why I cannot recommend them.

They are technically excellent with a broad knowledge of appliance brands. They are punctual and very polite. And they are a great value. I give them 5 STARS in all categories. This app would not allow me to award more than 4.5 stars in customer service!!

We used Anderson for a second opinion, they came in $300 less then sears quoit. Great service great tech, will use them again.
