Great Courteous Friendly Knowledgeable

Tech was knowledgeable, prompt and reasonable. Exactly what I was looking for.

The stars represent a good score for the quick response, however my problem still exists. The oven worked for a while, and luckily worked for Thanksgiving Day, but the error message has popped up again. And still, the oven works intermittently. As soon as it begins to heat up, an F3: error code pops up and you have to start and stop the oven several times before it will work, if at all. I don't know what it takes to be certain the problem is solved, but on this trip, Anderson's didn't do it. We call immediately when we started to have problems and have not received a call back as of yet.

I had man over to fix drier door.He was swift and efficient. I would consider using them again.

They responded very quickly to my inquiry. They were on-time and courteous, and very honest about the repair.

As of Thursday 8/5/09 everything has been great. Not sure if job is complete

I have an old, well-made stove/oven, that I hoped to have repaired because the oven would not ignite. (Gass range.) The repairman came in and took a great deal of time looking at it, and determined it needed a part that would take a few days to obtain from a warehouse. He gave me a quote at the time, which helped to determine if I wanted the work done and part ordered. I decided to go ahead and have the repair done, as replacing the 36' range would be at least the cost. The part arrived and the repairman returned at my convenience. After an hour, he stiill could not repair the oven but he did not charge anything for his return visit.

Very knowlegable

The repairman came out on time and fixes my washer. Unfortunately, the same problem occured that same night. I called and left a message at the office and received a call back that same night. The repairman came back first thing in the morning and repaired the washer again. It has been a week or so--with lots of loads of laundry washed--and the machine is working fine. I would use them again becausethey were prompt and ultimately made sure the job was done!!

The tech was very straightforward. He quickly found the problem, explained the problem, then after my ok, he fixed it. Also, the company called one half hour in advance and they were on time. The total cost was higher than I expected, however, the problem was fixed quickly and professionally.

Mr. Bob Burney did an excellent job for us! We are very happy with his work!

Price seems excessive.

The Customer Service I received from Anderson's Washer & Dryer Repair was outstanding. I needed my over repaired, and the serviceman came out the next day and had my oven working within an hour. I will be using their services for upcoming events.

They were great! I received a call within 5 minutes of submitting my request. He was able to fix my dryer the same afternoon.

The repairman was not only prompt, but early. He said that he had never seen a problem like ours, but he had an idea on how to fix it, tried several different options, explained exactly what he was doing, and found a solution. I would absolutely recommend Anderson's again, their serviceman did an EXCELLENT job!!

He was effecient and very helpful. He was also hired for another job of installing a dishwasher. We appreciate how he saved us money on both projects.

I was having trouble with my Maytag washer and dryer. I found a contractor via the computer. He was able to solve both of my problems with professionalism and expediency. I would not hesitate to call him in the future when the need arises.
