Corey was quick to respond and was flexible with our timetable. He was able to repair the flooring under our water heater in less than a day and it looks great! We also had him come back to repair the lower section of our siding on one side of the house and he also got that done quickly and without issue, even paint matched the new pieces.

Everyone knows a handyman but having a trusted carpenter with real attention to detail who goes above and beyond the job is well worth every penny! I hired Corey at Anderson Built for two projects: replacing a skylight and switching out sliding doors for French ones. Both went smoothly and they look fantastic! These projects also required drywall repair, texturing and painting, and Corey handled it all seamlessly. He even salvaged the existing trim with decorative detail - something i gave him full permission to replace with standard trim if needed, but he took the extra care to save it. That’s the kind of craftsman he is. When i didn’t have a paint sample on hand, he went out of his way to get a match at a local mom and pop hardware shop - even though the large well know DIY store was less than a mile away. What really sets Corey apart is how much he genuinely cares about the end result. Before i made the purchases, and without being asked, he researched the products i was considering and came back with better alternatives - backed by reviews and ratings - to make sure i was getting the best value and quality. Communication was excellent - always responsive, clear, professional and polite! It’s clear he takes pride in his work and operates at a level that many established contractors don’t reach. I can’t wait to figure out my ext home project just so i have reason to hire Corey again. Highly recommend Anderson built!
