My kitchen went from 1980's maple wood cabinets to fabulous updated painted and glazed cabinets and helped to sell the home!

In the beginning Tom was great. We were excited for the work to be done. Matt came out a week behind schedule to measure. The process went down hill from there. Tom is a good salesmen but the communication stopped after the sale. I informed him of the problems we have had and every time he acted surprised. We called Tom and Matt repeatedly. The job that was supposed to take 5 weeks is now going on 3 months. We have cabinets that wont close and some with no knobs. The wrong drawers were ordered and measurements were wrong. The installer was good but he was an independent contractor. He told us the company told him we were already upset and difficult that made things a little weird. We really wanted this process to go smoothly and they turned something exciting into a prolonged problem that has put us behind and is costing us time and money. This could have all been solved by better communication and good customer service. People make mistakes and things happen. They should have been honest from the beginning and communicated better with each other and us. I thought these things were the basic foundation of a good company.

Tom and Matt stated repeatedly that they would schedule a repair for a cabinet that the installer knew was damaged when he installed it. It is in a location that I did not see when I inspected the work. The repair has not been made, after three months of phone calls. The contract was not honored.

Had a small drawer closing problem 7 months later and the gentleman who came to repair it was exceptional. Friendly, polite and most courteous as the company's face of the installation process. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrible experience overall,avoid at all costs.

Wanted to do cabinet refacing and new countertop/drawers. Prompt to come out and do the estimate. (Tom was wonderful to deal with.) No high pressure. After hiring Anderson, they were equally quick with having the gentlemen out to do the exact measurements. The time frame they told me to get it done was accurate - in fact it was a bit sooner than anticipated. They were clear about what needed to be done on my end (emptying cupboards, etc.), what their installers would do in regards to the new sink, and gave me a choice for install days to accommodate that. The installers arrived when they said they would (cabinet guy separate day from counter guys) and were very helpful and professional (Thank you Steve, Brent & Mark!). No problem with the "non-standard" measurements of my 100 year old house that they had to work around. These gentlemen all knew their craft and were able to adjust things as needed. No mess left behind beyond the usual dust that is unavoidable with this sort of project. The work looks just great and I am very happy with the quality and the price. I would use Anderson again and will certainly recommend them to anyone I know.

No follow up after installation! Poor communication

I've hired a lot of contractors over the years and I can honestly say Anderson was the easiest one to work with. They were always in time and the job was done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend anyone looking to remodel their home to hire Anderson.

He did an excellent design for our remodel, timely and came when he said he would.
