They do not answer the phone. They do not show up when promised. It was over 2 months before they came, and then, only when threatened. They demanded cash 2 months in advance. Work quality is just average. Workers are friendly. They could not paint because it was too cold and wet.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement

They made 3 different attempts to fix door. They would plan a time to come back. Ex. They told me that they would be at my house 8:30 am. Then they said they are very busy and can not make it at 8:30 have to be around 2:30. They leave work half finished and move on to someone else jobs. I do not recommend them. Very disappointed. :(

"and tell the truth it was one attempt to fix your door after normal business hours because no one is allowed to work on your house until 5:30 in the evening we stayed until 12:00a.m. to fix it and you were told that the opening at the top was not correct and you did not want to do anything about it. as a customer you were a half star and I don't recommend anyone working for you period. Not to mention you were paid back in full and got your doors installed for free. SO LET'S BE HONEST HERE OK."

They were very detailed with their work and wanted to do just as I wanted. Their price was well under a similar project I had done years ago, but their work much superior. Would definitely use them again.

They are hard working, easy to with and very knowledgeable. They're a pretty good group of guys to have in your home, very trustworthy, and I didn't have to worry about them at all throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
