Mike is very detailed-oriented and a great communicator-besides carpeting, he renovated and rebuilt a sagging, leaking balcony , painted and rehabbed a lake condo-used as a rental last 7 years-into tip-top, like-new condition--appraiser and realtor..were in Awe!

Mike has done five projects for us. He has replaced an oak parquet floor, tiled a laundry room and a pantry, rebuilt and tiled a walk in shower and completely renovated and tiled a bathroom. Mike works hard and does an excellent job. I would use him again in the future.
