Overall it was a great experience. It is nice & cool in my house now! Technician was very professional & knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who's sweatin' right now! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were scheduled to come Monday between 2-5, but the tech went home sick and nobody called & let me know he wasn't coming. But all was taken care of Tuesday morning. Thanks Anderson!

I talked with the owner (Joe Clinton) by phone. He was very kind and helpful. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had follow up questions answered and my overall experience with Anderson Air was very positive! I did have trouble with the ServiceMagic representative I talked to originally. He said he would connect me with Anderson air but the phone got disconnected. I used "DONERIGHT.COM" and got in touch with Anderson Air by that means!!!!
