I hired them to repair my pond. They pulled the pump and took a look. We got into some discussion and there was a little confusion between me and the tech. In the end Anderson decided they didn't have time to finish the project but they gave me the brand new pump and didn't charge me a thing. I finished the project myself and the repair cost me nothing. For me this adds up to a great experience.

I've been doing business with him for 20 years, I have no reason to look for another vendor. He does an excellent job, he has installed a water feature, snow plowing and landscaping work for me on several properties I own.
