I also needed a dishwasher and garbage disposal installed and Lloyd Anderson said he could do it for me. The house was empty and he installed the dishwasher and disposal incorrectly. The poor install caused a loss of 1,000 gallons of water because he failed to connect it properly. I am taking the issue to court because he failed to stand behind his work and failed to return the $160+$75 for incorrectly installed DW and disposal. I am filing in court to get my money back and while there I will also seek treble damages on the entire loss. If he had corrected the problem or returned the $160 the first day he was contacted I would have accepted the $160 and never hired him again, but now I want all costs reimbursed plus trouble damages for my time and efforts.

Mr Anderson wife had some health issues at the time of our installation. He did most of the install but nothing else I assumed either his wife got worse or he just gave up his business. No contact since the install. I had several things that needed finishing. I had to hire a Fagan door to finish Mr. Anderson work. We attempted to reach him several times before contacting Fagan. No response, the phone went straight to fax or did not answer at all.

We purchased a set of garage doors and installation in Dec. of 2018 for a new construction home. The sheet rock had not been complete when the doors were installed. When the work was finished, the remotes were hanging from ceiling, the trim had not been done, the keypad was not installed, AND the doors were not flush to the walls so there were big gaps allowing cold into our garage. We have tried since May 2019 to resolve this issue with no solution. The owner, Lloyd, has promised it will be finished but has never contacted us with a date. We have contacted him on several phones because once he sees our number, he never responds. I wish I had seen the BBB reviews before I made this purchase. Buyer beware!!

Chris the installer said that a lock would be 35 dollars extra and he had one on the truck. I said OK and paid in full and he discovered he had only an empty box and would come back and install the lock. No show. I called five times and each time he said he would be here to install the lock. No show all five times. That was last April-June.I sent a letter to their home address. No response. I have successfully convinced six other people who saw my new door to not have anything to do with this company and have also discovered that I could have had this work done by two other companies for $125-$200 dollars less. My advice is to not even consider them.

I had a broken (off the track, out of alignment) garage door. Made an appointment and they showed up on time, repaired it on the spot, and told me how to avoid this problem in the future.

Loyd checked out why my door would only open but not close. The wiring was not pretty and needed new photo eye. Did did the work and was done in 20 minutes.did not try to over sell me to get a new opener was honest that it was still in good shape for being 25 years old.would recommend this company.

I was called within minutes of requesting a quote on Home Advisor and set up service for the following AM. A very nice gentleman came and did the work, after explaining what he was going to do and the cost, which was very reasonable. My garage door opens so smoothly now, like new. I am very pleased with the work, the cost, and how easy it was to set up the service call. I highly recommend this company. They are awesome.

The repair man who came by was professional. He fixed the issue quickly and reminded me on how to properly maintain the equipment. He showed up earlier than scheduled but it worked out.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever hired. Waiting for almost 2 years to make our doors work. Have to hit button 10 times to close. Door crunches on opening. Have called and emailed tens of dozens of times, no response. Purchased two new doors and new opener! Take your money and run!
