Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Showed up onsite quickly to review the work, discuss options, & provide quote. Expensive, but rep'd a quality brand, worked quickly, & quality work. I wish the electrician they pulled in would have talked it over with me before doing their portion, I was not happy with that part.

I contacted Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air, a honest and trustworthy company after I realized at the last minute I needed a refrigerator water line assessment and they quickly sent Miguel to my home who noticed upon assessment inspection the water pressure was unsatisfactory and recommended replacing the water pressure valve in addition to the refrigerator water line. Miguel was absolutely amazing , a breath of fresh air, very easy to work with, and managed to accommodate my water line hookup needs fitting me into his busy schedule. Miguel provided me with a great service experience at very reasonable price! He went above and beyond providing before and after pictures of my old and new water setup, answers all of my questions, all while providing outstanding customer service with a smile & 10/10 quality of work! Thank you Miguel for a great refrigerator water line hook up experience !!

Project completed quickly and perfectly!

Every year in Spring we have our air conditioner serviced. This last Spring, Anderson Plumbing came out and did the service. At the same time saying that our heater was needing a new part and shutting that system down. Last week Anderson came out to look at the heater. Said it needed a ?minor? repair for $700. We had someone else come out today for a second opinion. He was from Evo Air. He looked at everything, nothing wrong at all!! Turned the system back on and everything works fine. That is what honestly and integrity looks like! Completely a free visit. Again, NOTHING AT ALL wrong!! $700 could have been wasted on a scam by Anderson.

They were very thorough and had great communication throughout the entire process.

Anderson installed a new drain line and water line in my garage so i could move my laundry machines inside. Octavio demonstrated competence and professionalism during the estimate and helped ensure the scope of work would meet my end goals. Octavio and Anderson staff were very easy to work with after the estimate to negotiate price and work details. And the price was by far the best on the market for the high quality of work Anderson provided. During the actual installation the staff was polite and even halted loud concrete work at one point so i could take a work meeting from home. Im afraid i was a bit of a nuisance and asked for a couple changes to the plan during the work but the staff was accommodating and went the extra mile for the job. I really cant say enough good things and wanted to once again shoutout my man Octavio!!

Ken Slater, a certified plumber with Anderson, was here this morning. He’s been out at for over three decades, and it shows! What a pro! I would give Ken and Anderson a five star recommendation.

George was very knowledgeable and professional. Gave great recommendation on standard maintence that needs to be performed, which wasn’t relayed to me at the time of installation. Therefore, I signed up for the annual maintence program with Anderson.

Brett was wonderful! Very nice, respectful, and extremely capable. He took our split unit apart, cleaned it, and repaired it. The AC is functioning like brand new. Thank you Brett!

Was very clear and empathetic as he carefully explained what had happened with my water line and how it needed to be repaired.

Service was fine.

My jaw hit the floor when I got the quote of almost $700 to install a new sink faucet. I had them do it and it was done in 30 minutes. The plumber was competent and professional. But I was gobsmacked by the cost.

Michael and Chris are amazing! Simply exquisite service, they put in our water heater and most definitely went the extra mile to assure we were happy with water pressure and anything else we had questions about. If only all companies had customer service and work ethics like this, and it is our first time we have worked with Anderson…. Most definitely not the last!

I have no problems with it. My mother did not complain about the project.

Awesome. Fixed our AC with short notice

We had a drain leak that flooded our downstairs. Thankfully the issue wasn’t very serious. Anderson Plumbing was very communicative the entire time!

Great! Easy and fast

Excellent, friendly, and professional service; knowledgeable, informative, and showed concern for the job; we were very impressed and thankful for the immediate help (Thanks Brian!).

Awesome and professional work!

I want to give Anderson Plumbing 5 stars as they deserve it! The sales rep was knowledgable and thorough. She spent the time to go over our options and answered all our questions- and I had a ton of questions. Even when they ran into an issue replacing our ancient unit, the team stood by their word. The technicians Blake and Christian that installed the HVAC system were amazing- I can't say enough good things about these two guys as they went above and beyond. They were professional, kind, patient and kept us informed all the way. Not to mention, they left the place spotless when they left. The reason I'm giving Anderson 4 stars is due to the lack of rebate options comparable to local competitors. The two other companies we were working with offered the TECH and TECH partner program where you can receive up to a $3k rebate. I wasn't aware of this program until after the fact and Anderson was up front so shame on me for not doing my research. I hope Anderson decides to join the rebate program as it's a great benefit for their customers.

It was very good. They were professional.

Job went well, a couple of corrections were requested by the city which were completed. I don’t think the pricing was very competitive is my only issue.

Did a good job.

They did a good job, they were professional and corteous.
