I hired this company and paid a deposit in June and was told they will be back to install my railings in 2 weeks. It is now 3 months later multiple calls. More promising and nothing. Very disappointed.

. The extreme wet weather this summer caused delays Scheduling This customer was told a window date and was told of the delay and customer confirmed weather was a factor. The customer was told that our schedule is always 4 weeks but knowing theyre closer by we would try our best to installed the next month All communication was immediate and in constant contact Customer said she had patience saying the steps were without railing for over a year No urgency was expressed by customer We understand each customers needs of wanting to hold on to a railing while walking on stairs that pose danger but mostly for all especially those han -

They installed outside front entrance railings at my house. The railings look great, and the installation was excellent. I recommend them.

This is not an easy company to deal with. I was told twice that they prefer working with contractors since they are repeat business. Phone calls and emails were not answered for 2 weeks. Though the work quality was good, the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I would not use them again. It was my first experience using Angi, not sure if I would use them again given my bad experience with the contractor.

Communication is the key. Customers house had no electricity and water available while they were a away on vacation for a month. Not true with comment as preferring Contractors. We prefer private owners that know of us as having the highest regards for our customers demands and always try to do our very best to communicating to all.

We had our railings installed recently. Looks very nice. However, Blaine had some paint on his hands and it marked up several areas of the railings. He took some of it off, but I still see spots elsewhere. He said he would come back and take care of it but never showed up. Still waiting for him to take care of it. Hope he still plans to make good on his promise to come back and clean up the paint spots.

Great job, beautiful railings. Took too long and required too much effort on our part to keep the job moving. If you aren’t in a hurry, definitely recommend. If however, your railing guards against a 20 foot drop, as ours did, look elsewhere.
