Brendan and his crew did an excellent job removing my pool and concrete patio. They were professional, efficient, and offered very reasonable pricing. He finished everything off with topsoil and grading, and it couldn’t have come out better!! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be using him for any future excavation projects!

Brendan from Clear Path Property was excellent to work with. After another contractor informed me he would not be able to return for several weeks, I reached out to Brendan. He responded promptly, provided a very reasonable quote and completed the work quickly and professionally. He graded our entire yard and installed a new driveway for our build. I highly recommend clear path property for any site work or grading projects.

Gravel or Loose Fill Paving Install, Spread or Scrape
Clear Path Property did an awesome job! They removed our old concrete quickly and laid down fresh gravel that looks great and is super solid. They were super friendly, showed up on time, answered all of my questions, and and even completed the job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed in the future.

They did a great job backfilling and resurfacing our driveway. With the left over dirt he even leved out our yard... Super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and everything looks awesome now. Definitely recommend.

Do not I repeat do not hire this company you?re more than welcome to visit the site. They worked on 118 Sherman Ave. in Troy New York. He asked me for my last payment. I gave it to him. He took his equipment off after I caught him trying to charge me for an extra and trying to charge me for work that he never performed. Do not hire this individual. I will be in court with him. This has been a debacle.

"Michael, your review is misleading and inaccurate. The work was fully explained, priced, and approved by you before it was completed. Afterward, you refused to pay, attempted to renegotiate, and made threats in an effort to intimidate. At that point, we removed our equipment, stopped work, and declined any further business. All of this is documented. Unfortunately, this is a repeated pattern of behavior on your part."

Brendan was friendly and very quick to respond. He gave a few options at different price points for a gravel driveway and the estimates were very detailed. He was able to schedule it quickly and had everything done in a day while still being a perfectionist. I will be using him in the future and recommending him to others!
