Prompt quote and fair pricing. Did the job on a Saturday because I had contractors coming on Monday to start inside refinish. Very customer focused.

They were prompt in contacting us back after our first service inquiry and showed up on time to do the work. They also made quite an effort in coming a distance from their headquarters in Kansas. For this I give them lots of credit. When some problems with drainage occurred after the repairs, they promptly returned to correct the problem. Whether the whole project will last over time remains to be seen.

I would recommend Fred Anderson's Foundation Repair team to anyone and everyone. We were impressed with the quality work they did in minimal time. We were also very pleased with how clean they left the area after they'd finished.

I was very please on how quickly you got to my job. You were very good at listening to my concerns and also at explaining exactly what you were doing and why. I know you had to travel a good distance to get to the job site but hopefully the additional business you pick up in the area will pay you dividends. Our area is very prone to settling and many homeowners are in need of your services... especially since the local contractor currently has over a 1 year waiting list. Just so you know, I am not opposed to collecting a finders fee should you feel that my recommendation is beneficial to you obtaining more jobs in my area. I have nothing but possitive things to say about you and your crew. Only time will tell if the repairs made take care of all my problems... but so far I have absolutely no complaints.
