Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps Installation
Hired them fall 2019. They sold us on the beautiful Stone that had a solid interlock that only they have. The stone did not bond in numerous areas. Trying to reach them was difficult at best. They did not return phone calls or text message. Stopped by the store one day and was told the owner was in Ohio. He was at our house the day before and out in the business yard earlier. After over a month I finally got an email back. They said the stones were loose because of the cold when the job was done and they would fix it when it got warmer. It is now Sept 2020, plenty of hot weather, never heard from them again.

Repair pavers. I called them last Thursday, even left message. I called Friday and spoke with the secretary. Sent an email on Monday. I called again on Tuesday. Sent text again on Wednesday. No response at all from them.

They were very easy to work with. They will spend the time to make sure they understand what you are looking for and actually sat down with us for about an hour to go over what exactly we wanted in our backyard patio. They showed up on time every day and worked hard. The final result was excellent.!

For the first small grading job, they were good. Always worked with me to schedule work, arrived on time and quality work from friendly people. After a good experience, I hired them to tile my 360 sq foot patio. Their other company name, All Hardscapes and Stone did the work. After completing the job I realized that Jose doesn't know the first thing about installing tiles. Doesn't use spacers, all grout lines don't lineup and he didn't listen to the direction about placing tiles. After the company owner saw the work, he said the whole floor needs to be ripped up and redone. After 2 months of missed appointments and not answering phone calls they came back. Pulled up 10 tiles (out of 120), repositioned them and called it good. I'm glad to have them gone and would not recommend them.

"My goodness. It's been how many weeks since my company came out with our crew and confirmed our remedy for your concerns which you were completely content with? First things first... this is NOT a tile. It is a porcelain paver manufactured from China which you and your wife hand selected for the concrete overlay. Considering the fact that this product is NOT a tile, it is not installed like an indoor tile. (You were aware of this prior to initial installation) Secondly, being a manmade product, there are inconsistencies in the product. (You were ALSO aware of this factor prior to initial installation.) When you contacted our company regarding your discontent with the aesthetics of the finished product, we RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. Since your project didn't pose any threat of safety to you or any future guests, we had to schedule the repair once our projects in progress were complete... which WE DID. Both Scott and I were on site for the entirety of the repair which you were content with during the process. Now you're upset and leaving us negative reviews?! We followed thru during the entire process. We made any "wrongs" "RIGHT". We had no reason to tear out the entire patio just to correct the joint lines on certain sections. The repair was completed on 12/18/2018 and now you leave a 1 star review? It's very upsetting to know that when we left your side, you were smiling from ear to ear... no complaints or concerns were made to our company. Thank you for the opportunity."

I hired Anderson's to repair sunken pavers in the driveway and pool areas, to install a new drain around the pool, and to clean and re-sand the pavers. Scott and his crew were professional throughout the process. The estimate was reasonable for the work required, and work was completed on time and per the proposal. After dealing with three other unprofessional contractors, it was refreshing to deal with someone who communicated regularly and performed as promised. He also introduced me to another small company that does other tasks around the home, such as windows and gutters. I recommend him highly.
