Andi and his father came to our house to give us a quote for replacing two concrete pads, off of our deck, and re-pointing the top of our chimney. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and thoroughly knowledgeable. We had three quotes, but hired them on the spot. They were out within two days and completed the job in one day. They explained their work and helped to navigate some issues we came across effectively. We couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely use them again when needed.

Absolutely beautiful rebuild of my lower deck that perfectly matches the design of the upper deck. Their attention to detail really shows, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I hired Andi and his father after seeing the great work they did on a friend's house. The squirrels had made many holes in my wood framed house and there was a lot of rotten wood around window frames etc. Andi and his father were meticulous in patching things up and making it look like new. They also power washed my deck. They are very fast efficient workers. I'm going to hire them back for more work I couldn't be happier.

Andi Smart Renovation rebuilt our rotted deck and staircase. They also poured a concrete landing for the stairs and added two cement steps. We found their work to be superior. They are talented carpenters. They gave us an on the spot quote, which we felt was fair, after getting other quotes. I needed to repair some foundation cracks at my home and Andi smart renovation did great job. First they cleaned out the crack area completely removing all dust and loose concrete. Then they opened the crack slightly to make sure the repair matrial could go deep inside for a solid bond. After the repair cured they waterproofed the area with foundation coating to prevent moisture from coming through again. Everything was done carefully and professionally from preparation to cleanup. I recommend them for any foundation repair work they know exactly what they?re doing and take pride in doing it right.
