Jorge is a consummate professional. Extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable and an absolute expert in many things. From the manufacturer We had issue upon issue with items being delivered incomplete, broken, parts missing; Jorge was able to remedy all of these problems with his ingenuity and expertise. He also helped me document items for reimbursement. I would trust him in my home unattended and he is well worth the wait he charges I know because I did a lot of comparison shopping.
