Overall, the quality of the install was good, however, we had several boards that warped and needed replacing. We also had an additional gate installed and had issues with the gate not functioning properly. After several messages regarding the boards, they finally came out and replaced them. They later installed an additional gate and this is where the customer service was seriously lacking. I contacted them on March 4, 2023 regarding an issue with the gate they installed. The gate would fly open on windy days. March 11, we were told they would be out sometime that week to fix the anchor. I sent follow-up messages on May 4, 16, 24th regarding "no show". Still no response. We ending up hiring someone else to fix their work. Very disappointing as the total spent on the fence and gate was well over $11000. We had to pay another contractor an additional $150 to fix gate. My review would have been more favorable had it not been for the poor treatment and lack of customer service once job was completed.

This is by far the most professional service in the area. The estimate: The company was quick to responded to my request for an estimate. They established a time and arrived on time. They took measurements and pictures. (Unlike others I called). The estimate came back by the next day It was a clear sketch that showed the work to be done, the materials used, and the price. The installation: The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. I pointed out areas of concern. They quickly went to work. The final product was amazing. It was done quickly and very well. No shortcuts are taken. I highly recommend to anyone.

Great communication, installed the fence in a day. Worked with our neighbors and got three houses done at the same time, able to share fence and split cost between three of us.

I wanted to take a moment and say what an AMAZING job Andrades Fence company did on my fence. For the past 2 years I have wanted to install a privacy fence in my backyard, but they are and have been too expensive for me to complete. Finally, this year, I decided that it was time. I have had difficulty with some of my neighbors and I have a dog that I would like to be able to play in his backyard without casing disruption. I contacted Andres Fence company through ANGI, I asked for several companies to contact me for a free quote. Andrades was the first to respond the first to show up and the company I went with. To say that their work is amazing, would be an understatement. They came out, gave me the estimate, and started work the following week; they were even able to start a day earlier. It took them 2 days to complete the work and when I say, I have never been happier, I am not lying. They were professional, quality work, and as a woman I was worried about being taken advantage of, not this case with this company. If you are looking to complete a fencing a project, I cannot recommend them enough. I promise you will be left amazed and extremely satisfied.
