Sergio and crew were amazing. He came out, inspected the roof, and gave me a quote the same day. The crew came out and made the repairs the same week. They did an excellent job and corrected some shingles from the previous contractor. The price was more than reasonable! The person came out to do an inspection to my house. The person inspecting never provided documentation of his findings. nor would he advise me on how to tell the roofer why the repair needs to be made. I would like to get the people a heads up.

We had Andres Roofing & Construction replace our Chicago two-flat brownstone roof and couldn’t be happier. After talking to three companies, we chose Andres because Sergio was the most knowledgeable and explained everything, including materials and State Farm requirements. The job included 2" insulation, a fully-adhered 60mil white GAF EverGuard TPO membrane, new 6" galvanized gutter, 5" downspout, two 8" vents, and a new wood hatch. Sergio used drone photos and videos to keep us updated. The final cost was $28,553.50 because they found 130 ft of rotted decking, three bad plywood sheets, and 21 coping pieces that needed replacing. Sergio explained all extra costs clearly. The crew was professional, cleaned up daily, and respected our neighbors. We got all paperwork up front and a 10-year labor and workmanship warranty. Highly recommend Andres Roofing for quality, honesty, and great service.

Andres replaced my garage roof, shingles and doors. Extremely happy with the results. I appreciate the prompt communication with the office, how detailed they were making sure everything was in good shape and replaced what needed to be replaced and how well they cleaned up the work area after completion. I don't think my garage has ever looked so good!

Very prompt response from office; workers arrived early every time

Outstanding service!.. We had contacted other Roofing companies for a quote and they pretty much said "we'll get back to you" and never called back!.. why?.. our 95 year old flat roof with countless layers plus with the original gravel tiles from the 1920s, 7 rafter replacements, rotted deckings, and 11 sheets of plywood was too much for them to handle. Sergio and his crew did a fantastic job with the complete tear off and installing the new roof. Hey Sergio thanks for going above and beyond!

Did very good work

Sergio was detailed and clear in the work needed. He talked through what would be needed in the future and what was necessary now which I found helpful. We will be using them again for future work!

The original appointment time came and went with no call from the business. I followed up and they apologized, and we rescheduled. He came and gave me a quote for the repairs and promised to come back with their inside guy to review the additional work that I need done. The next day they showed up bright and early and did the outside work, but I have not heard back from them concerning the inside work. I would recommend using them but be prepared to have to do a lot of follow up to get the job or jobs completed.

Quick and efficient

Have to renew ceiling in kitchen now they broke through and said they didn't or was not responsible job on roof was great but like now I have another project to get done!!!

Communicate with Andres regarding your project

Andres went above and beyond for us in our project. He stayed with the crew during the job to ensure everything is done right and our concerns are addressed. We replace the entire roof, including all the plywood to correct the bad job done by the other company 10 years ago. Andres also installed smart vents (eave vents) on both sides of the roof to help air movement inside the attic, additional 10' of ice and water shield covering the car port extended from the house, and the water shield around the house that will lead water from the roof to the gutter, which the other company should have taken care of two years ago when we changed our sidings and gutters. My husband wanted close up the chimney too, Andres checked to make sure it is not needed before closing it. The level of caring of his customers and their excellent performance are highly commendable. We can't say enough to praise them. Will use them again for our future projects and highly recommended them to everyone.
