Reviews
Write a ReviewTravis was fantastic.
Tyler was very professional and knew just how to fix this issue. He had the part in his truck to replace the condensation pump and also serviced the gas furnace. Left the area clean and billed me the next morning. Easy process!
Our heat was out and they came the same day that we contacted them. They had to pick-up an extra part so came back the next day and got the heat back on. Very happy with their response time and pricing.
They only charged $100 to come out and look at the job, and that was waved when I hired them. Who does that anymore? The estimate was quite acceptable for installing a pump for the condensate line, running the line down the washing machine drain line and removing the old line. Taylor didn't call me when he was a half hour late, but these days that's on time. He was parked across the street when I called the office to check. The bid for the job was very reasonable and he added only a little to take out the old line. Of course, it hasn't gone below zero to see if these modifications prevent the freezing of the condensate line, but I'm reasonable certain they will.
Mengis came out right away. They wanted to charge me $100 for coming out, but when I agreed to hire them after their evaluation and estimate, I agreed to hire them and they didn't take any money from me. They charged a little above their estimate because I requested that they remove the old line rather than cap it. The estimate was so reasonable that I didn't quibble with a small extra charge. They came close to on time and spent less than three hours to install a condensate line pump and switch the line to go down the wash machine line so it wouldn't freeze. I won't know how well it works until it gets below freezing again but I'm reasonable confident it will work.
Andy's technician also solved a leaking water-heater issue. He installed the new water heater less than 2 years ago, and found the problem was with an older water supply line rather than the water heater itself. The furnace pump that pumps condensate was old and not working well, but it was replaced on the same trouble ticket. We have always appreciated Andy's prompt response to our requests to help us. Great customer service!
The man should get a raise helped alot
Reasonable prices, responsive, friendly, professional.
Seemed knowledgeable and were on time. Ended up using a different company to repair our furnace as it was covered by our home warranty.
Mike was professional, honest and friendly.
