Andrew Adams did the engineering for a foundation replacement. He's professional and practical, and his designs utilized the materials we already had on hand. He actually gave us a couple of different design options so we would have more flexibility when seeking bids for the construction itself. Andy was very responsive and answered questions promptly, and is still answering questions as they come up now that we are in the construction phase. He seems to have a good working relationship with builders in the Valley. I know that the builders who are doing our foundation call him and vice-versa to make sure that everybody's on the same page about our project.
