They were courteous and prompt to time of arrival, and did a good job. They finished the job and asked us if everything was done, and were willing to do whatever we needed done.

The job was expected to last 6 hours, but the workers finished in 8 hours at no extra charge. They called several times for us to come and look at a particular area of difficulty to get our approval. Very professional and courteous men.

So far, it has been real nice and a pleasure. Will hire them again in the future.

In and out very efficient. Did a great job cleaning up any spots and promised to come back if the stubborn stains came back up.

Set a time and Andrews service was right on time. He went over the areas I felt needed detailed attention and I asked that he be very cautious of the baseboards as the paint was pretty fresh (48 hours). He was very careful with the freshly painted areas, and all other areas. He treated the spots and they have disappeared. One week later, still no reappearance of spots and the carpet is just as soft and fluffy as the first day we bought it. I was very happy with the cleaning of the carpet and stairs and very happy with the gentleman cleaning my carpet and the staff in charge of scheduling. Great experience.

We were impressed with the results. Arrived on time, nice operators, did an excellent job - start to finish. Our reasonably old carpet looked almost new. I would certainly recommend this Co. to almost anyone.
