Work was begun on mini-split and outside duct covers in late June. There was a delay in July due to COVID-19 impacts but it is now the end of Sept. and outside portion is only 50% complete. Manager/owner keep making appointments to complete work and do not show up or return my calls.

I hired Andrew s Heating and Cooling on May 29th of 2020 to replace my AC with a new one. I had different bids with different companies, but I wanted to support small businesses during these tough times and made a huge mistake. The AC was poorly installed and still, today does not work. I have been calling Andrew, texting, and leaving messages with no response. My house is 86 degrees and I had to leave my house with my 20-month-old because it was very hot inside. I called another company to see why the AC is not working and they could not believe how poorly they installed the new AC.

Andrew and his team were great. Our Furnace was getting up in age and starting to have issues coming on. Andrew came out and diagnosed and clearly explained several issue with the aging machine. They provided several clear and well priced quotes for a replacement. while we were still in the decision making process our furnace finally bit the dust and Andrew was able get out the next day and completely replace our furnace with new high quality high efficiency furnace. Our house is warm and we are saving energy. Could not be happier.

I hired Andrews company to install a humidifier. During the install there was a burning smell coming through the vents his installer burned out the control board of my furnace. The attempt to replace the board the next day (by the same installer and a trainee) was unsuccessful. Andrew did not make himself physically available at any time during these two events and his efforts over the next few days to correct or compensate me for this incompetence were inadequate. He promised a Frigidaaire furnace replacement for $600 that matched the specs of my Rheem (80%, two stage, variable fan) but it did not. Then he wanted to sell me a Payne (supposedly 50% discounted) but by then I had enough bids from other companies to know that wasnt a good deal either. He lost my trust and my business. This was a costly and time consuming experience. Mistakes happen but based on his failure to make good I cannot recommend Andrews Heating &Cooling.

Quick schedule, relatively quick install of a whole home humidifier, and best price out there. Added benefit is that they use all digital quotes, scheduling, and invoicing, which makes it that much easier. Would definitely use them again!

Andrew did amazing and fast work for our whole house humidifier install, we will definitely be calling them for all HVAC needs in the future.

Fast, friendly, seemed knowledgeable and fair. Andrews helped me with a rental property where I was not in town. My old unit was bigger than necessary and causing electrical burn marks. Yikes! He right-sized my furnace and A/C unit AND did the replacement the same day so my tenants were only without heat for a couple of hours. The replacement also comes with 2 years of maintenance and a 10-year labor warranty in addition to the equipment's 20-year warranty.

Andrews heating was very professional I was very impressed with how they represented themselves after making an honest effort to find parts for our furnace he explained that the furnace needed to be replaced because ours was to old and they didn t make parts anymore but he gave us three different quotes and didn t pressure us to pick the higher one once we decided what we wanted they went to work efficiently to get the old one out and install the new one they showed us everything about the new one they put in a Beautiful updated digital thermostat and showed us how to work it Thank you Andrew and crew for making what could have been a nightmare a very pleasant experience

Loved it, he did a great job. He's done several projects for us; including, installing a water heater.
