Andrews Home Inspection - Home Facebook

Do not use this company if you do not want to find major issues after you purchase your new home.

Exceptional service. Great written report. One of my sons accompanied Joe on his inspection - I live in another area of the country - and my son was impressed by Joe's knowledge and the extra lengths he went to to explain all of his inspection items.

Without a doubt a professional. Joe is easy to get a hold of through text, call or email before the inspection and after. Along with the inspection I met Joe at the house once he was done and we ran through the major issues. Joe did such a spectacular job and found issues with the house that I ended up moving on and looking for a different house. Hiring him saved me a lifetime of troubles of what looked like a solid house. He sends a very detailed report w/pictures, that is easy to understand and comprehensive. Absolutely recommend him.

Joe was professional, thorough and friendly. He explained everything in clear and practical terms. I would not look elsewhere, if I need other inspections.

Joe was wonderful! He handled the communication with my agent from the start. He arrived at our house early and was prepared to do the inspection. He did a thorough job and I received my results within 24 hours. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would definitely recommend him!

Inspection and report were thorough and timely. We recieved the report the following business day as told we would. Very professional. We walked the property with the inspector after the inspection, and the inspector told us the good, bad, or otherwise for every room and the exterior.

Very nice answered all my questions and concerns very detailed and informative would recommend them

He was super friendly and very helpful. The inspection was thorough and he gave detailed pictures along with his recommendations. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future if necessary.

Quick responses and easy to get in contact with!

Quick response to my request for service, arrived on time, organized and methological inspection.Report emailed right after paying, online, easy to review and understand.Pictures taken of areas of concern, with explaination and recommendation . Good information, without a lot of fluff and attempt to get you to buy services you don't need!

Great experience! Definitely worth the money. He was very nice! Hired him for a home inspection on a house we were buying. He was the only company who wasnt going to charge us an arm and a leg to inspect a barn and metal shop on the property. He was very nice and walked us through everything! Will highly recommend this company to others! My realtor even saved his info to give to other clients! Paying was super easy as well, he emailed a link for us to pay online. We recieved the full inspection report the following morning. Very quick! Everything on the report was detailed and easy to understand! Again super great guy amazing company will reccomend to others!

No need to look any further

This guy was incredibly respectful with our home, very accommodating with our busy schedule, and left feeling more like a friend than an inspector!

Joe was great! He was very flexible with my schedule and worked with me. My house was a new construction and I didn't think there was much to find but wanted that peace of mind. Joe was able to point out a lot of things to me that I found very beneficial when I was negotiating with the seller. He documented everything with pictures and write ups and emailed me the summary in a PDF which was super helpful. I recommended Joe to a family member and they had the same great experience.
