The company is reluctant to come back to repair their work so a bit of the problem (leak) has not been solved

Andy and his helper came and repaired my roof. That was done very well. The issue I had was his assistant broke my attic access panel. Andy discounted the cost, but did not repair the access panel. I have not had a problem with the roof, but the customer service was lacking.

He took too long to complete the job.

Unfortunately They tried but did not get the leak repaired

Andy Jones did a great job for a great price. He repaired wood and shingles on our roof along with replacing 2 sky lights.

The repair around the skylight and replacing shingles was done yesterday. Andy Jones Roofing called right after contacting HomeAdvisor. They were on time and finished in probably a couple hours. Thanks!

Andy showed up on Labor day to look at my damaged skylight and scheduled the job for Thursday. Andy and his roofer showed up on time Thursday, replaced the skylight and repaired the roof around it. He gave us a very reasonable quote and cleaned the area after completing the repairs.

He called on Saturday almost immediately after I posted. Them came out on Sunday and completed the job. Weather said rains were expected on Monday, so was really glad he could do it quickly. Looks beautiful. The other two companies didn't call until Monday.

i called andy in the morning and he came over within 2 hours to look at my roof which had lost a shingle, he said it did not need to be repaired. he is honest in contrast to other roofers who said they would have to repair the roof. even if he had to repair the roof he gave the least expensive estimate. i definately would call andy.

It was a Holiday Weekend and he made the time to provide an estimate and repair date. Andy found that the skylight was cracked. He provided an estimate and a picture of the replacement product . He was on time, performed the related task quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend this company!!!

Andy Roofing was on time, courteous and finished repairing a problem area on my roof in a timely manner, reasonable in price and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this company.

Andy was quick to respond and gave a fair evaluation of my problem. I was told by another company that my dome was cracked and that was causing the leak. Andy found that the dome was not cracked and therefor did not need to be replace. He resealed around the dome and adjusted the price from replacement to repair. So far I have had no other leaks.

Would have wished replaced shingles could've been just a bit closer match to present roof, but think time and weather will solve that. Overall very pleased. Longwood, FL

Quick response, real time estimate, speedy completion!

After interviewing the owner of Andy Jones Roofing, LLC, verifying his license and insurance and having him he assure me he had installed many skylights. I explained the expansion coefficient of the material I was using and said it could not be installed by screws as it would contract, create pressure points and brake. He said he would use flashing and that it would not be necessary to drill or put hardware through the skylight material. Two days later when the scheduled work was done, I went on the roof to inspect and found he had done exactly what I said could not be done. one week later the skylight broke in to several pieces and Andy Jones Roofing, LLC. failed to reply to my emails or take my calls. Now I am out over $2,500.00 and my skylight is in worse shape than it was before they touched it. Stay clear of this company. They do not stand behind their work. I have photos and I'm willing to share them and give more information if anyone who is even considering this contractor.

Work is still in Progress so far so good kept his word on starting date. came whit one extra Men and is at the Job
