The owner came to repair my kitchen sink the same day I called desperate for help. He was personable and knowledgeable. He knew immediately what to do and I feel confident the sink is finally repaired properly. I have worked with another well known company in the area for years and despite multiple attempts and large bills the sink was never properly repaired until now. I will certainly call Andy Williams Drain and Sewer for all my future plumbing needs!

Sent my number to Andy Williams. Their rep. came out, while I agreed for him to fix the faucet after 30ish minutes he left to get a tool which should have been on his truck. He has returned and did not fix the faucet. still leaks.

While I am satisfied with the work that was done(replacing a kitchen faucet), it took Andy almost all day to get this done. Maybe weather was a factor, but he was almost two hours late getting to my house, and had to make an additional trip to get additional parts; it seems the hose he purchased was not long enough. When given the final bill, it was about what I expected it to be. He said it would have been more but he did not charge me for the extra trip for the additional parts he had to purchase. If he purchased the wrong parts, really not my problem and should not be charged for it anyway.

While we pride ourselves of prompt and courteous service, we always provide a predicted window for arrival time as we do not know how long we may have to spend with our previous customer. We would not feel comfortable leaving one job incomplete to arrive at another at a set time. We also do try and stock commonly used material and parts but we cannont always have every desired part. Each and every job presents with different circumstances depending on the age of the property, the previously installed fixtures and the nature of the job. Again, we are glad that we could help you with your plumbing needs."
