I hired Andy to fix a tub drain and leak. He responded promptly, and arrived on time. He clearly explained what was needed, and corrected the problem. I feel the price was very fair, and the work of high quality. I would definitely use him again.

Andy's "affordable" is not accurate or we have a very different idea of affordable- the work was good but he is at the highest end of the hourly rate for plumbers- I know plumbing is expensive but close to four hundred dollars(80 dollars parts) still 300 for a faucet replace in the shower. I think a bit steep. He was nice enough but I wouldn't use him for another job just because the cost would be outrageous.

"(consumer name withheld per their request knew the price for this job explained it to her before I left my home in morning what I charge then before I started job I even went out to get parts did not charge for that time. She at,end when job was,done wanted to pay me half on bill and if I did not agree she was going to bash me on home advisor in which she did not fair to me I've had a great response for over a year with home advisor was 2016 best award was,hoping for some support on this threating situation"

Andy was prompt, dependable and clean. I thought he was a bit pricey but this was the only quote I got and I have not hired a plumber in years so his rates may be in-line in his business. I would hire him again.

Missed to install drain parts of the faucet in first trip. Said he could not find them. After we left we found the drain parts in the same original box under the cardboard. May be they were under the card board before he got the box. The faucet is not firmly secured in place like other faucets in the house. He said that is the best he can do. It is operational and does not leak.

I like that Andy responded quickly and did fix the issue. As far as 'affordable' I don't know about that, I thought a little pricey for what he did. His quality of work was good but his way of talking with a customer and someone he just met I didn't go for.
