Since moving into our house in 2020, we had sediment coming out of one bathtub faucet. Over time it progressively got worse. Life got busy, so we stopped using the tub and figured we would deal with it later. Then our water softener failed. Then we had a separate issue with a basement sink pump that was poorly handled by another plumber. The final straw was trying to take a bath one night and watching dark sediment and debris pour out of the faucet, like something straight out of a Ghostbusters scene. We started calling plumbers. Many never returned our calls. One did come out and insisted the issue was corroded pipes, despite us explaining that we had already flushed the hot water heater three times. They flushed it again anyway, charged us for it, and then told us the solution would be to break into walls and replace bathroom pipes. Thankfully, we were referred to Ryan at Andy’s Plumbing. From start to finish, dealing with Andy, Ryan, and the entire crew was an absolute pleasure

Hired Andy's Mechanical to re-do piping for shower install. He was excellent. On time, professional, excellent quality work and best of all, fair. Andy explained all costs up front and after the job was done he clearly explained all of the work he had done. Would definitely recommend!
