Don and Cassie were very fast friendly and professional. We had them out to unclog a backed up kitchen sink. We were lucky that they were available as quickly as they were, and then once they got here they fixed the problem quickly. My daughters engaged them in a game of patty cake while we took care of the payment. I'd use them again next time we need a plumber and would recommend them to anyone in need of a good plumber. They both spoke very highly of their team and the company and I'm sure whoever you get will be well trained and professional. Thanks!

The water pressure in my home needed to be adjusted (i.e. increased). So, I called up Andy's Pipe Dream to come out to give me a quote. Victor and his teammate did not disappoint! They showed up o time, diagnosed the problem, discussed the options, gave me a quote, and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Andy's Pipe Dream!

Look, I understand gas pipe repair can be expensive work. That being said, what was considered a â minor repairâ ended up costing about $1000. Charging over $300 to move a water heater out of the way and two gas tests that were $225 each feels a bit extensive. I couldâ ve bought a new water heater for the amount they charged me to fix a pipe. For anyone seeing Andyâ s Pipe Dream come up on this site. Hopefully this review saves them â and their walletsâ the trouble and makes them reconsider before settling with a company that takes advantage knowing people are in a pinch to get their gas turned back on.

Thank you for your honest review. We charge what it costs us to do business plus make a profit. It's that simple. All of our work is quoted upfront at no charge to the customer before starting any repairs. In your situation, we had to charge for a whole house gas test and inspection (1/2 the cost of your invoice) in order to get your gas turned back on after it was turned off by the utility company and your water heater was also blocking access for repairs requiring us to drain it completely, disconnect it, move it out of the way and reinstall it after. From our end it looks like everything went as well as it could. We charged you $0 to come out and provide an accurate quote before starting any work, you authorized the work at that price and we completed the work in a timely manner to your satisfaction. I don't have a solution here. If we provide you all the information to make an informed decision and you make the wrong one for yourself, I don't see any action we could have taken to avoid this.

They were prompt and professional. The company provided me with a picture and name of the technician/plumber who was going to do the work. He came and followed Covid safety protocols. The work was done quickly and I was kept informed about the work being performed. I have hired Andyâ s twice, and the experience was satisfactory both times. I will hire this company again.

Bidet seat installation. The scheduling was timely and courteous and met our schedule. The technicians arrived promptly and were very knowledgable. There was a complication with the project, which they took in stride and completed the project efficiently and without issue. The installation was perfect. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and a superb clean up afterwards. They technicians stayed around to make sure that everything was working as planned and that we were satisfied with the job. We could not be more satisfied with the overall project and with the technicians. Will be using Andy's Pipeline Dream for future projects and repairs. No complaints in the whole process.

THESE GUYS RESPONDED THE SAME DAY AND MIKE WAS GREAT. PROVIDED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE AND DIRECTION TO GET EVERYTHING STARTED. THE JOB BECAME DIFFICULT AND HAD A COUPLE OF DELAYS DUE TO THE PROBLEMS WITH THE JOB AND THE INSPECTOR. MIKE WOUND UP TAKING 2 DAYS LONGER TO COMPLETE THIS JOB BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS AND WAS A CLASS ACT, KNOWLEGABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY POLITE. THE COMPANY HELD TO THEIR QUOTE AND DID NOT CHARGE MA ANYTHING ADDITIONAL. IF YOU HAVE A BIG JOB OR SMALL THIS IS THE COMPANY THA T I WOULD USE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH ANDY'S PIPE DREAM AND THE ENTIRE STAFF. ASK FOR MIKE!

Chad and his helper were knowledgeable and were able to clear the clogged basement floor drain quickly. Chad showed us the clog (which looked like something out of the movie "The Blob") and cleared it, cleaned up around the drain and repositioned the furnace and water softener drain hoses. He listened closely to the history of issues with the drain and was able to give us an explanation of what is probably going on with it. We will definitely use Andy's again and recommend them to everyone.
