He's done a major work at my home, replacing an oil furnace with a gas furnace unit, (repairing the furnace as well) replaced my A/C compressor, rewired the entire house, and repaired appliances! An important thing for consumers, is that he understands trouble shooting - finding the problem and telling you what you need to do, instead of pushing you into buying a new appliance, like other bigger companies. He never tries to sell you on a unit that can be fixed.
