Personal Assistance Services For many elderly or disabled individuals, the availablity of someone to help them a few hours a day with personal care or household chores can mean the difference to remain proud and independent in their own homes. It provides the individual with the freedom to make their own choices and provides respite to caregivers. Residential and Commercial Cleaning No one likes dirt. How unfortunate that Jane refused to follow up after repeated attempts to contact her. She left the job half finished and then promised to "make it right", but I never heard from her again and I had already paid her for the full job. What she cleaned, she did well, but her help missed entire rooms!!! If you want someone dependable in your home, you need to look elsewhere. I guess since she had the money in hand, Jane didn't feel like she needed to actually finish the job. I doubt Jane has many repeat customers.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I was 36 weeks pregnant and was given some money to have my house clean as a gift. Had Jane out to give me a rate for a DEEP CLEAN. Made the appointment and they were a no show called the office every 30 mins,no answer left message, to see what was going on, 2 hrs after the tme they were to be here I got a call. Set up for next day, show up late and the 3 young people had no idea I was getting a DEEP CLEAN, and the 2 boys sat out on the porch and smoked. Was a waste of a gift and good money. Called Jane twice to let her know what was going on and she never retuned my calls. Stay away from the "business", save your money and call someone else.

I personaly found Jane, the owner of the company, to be highly motivated and personable. Her work and that of one of her employees, a young man was well done and quite acceptable for the price per hour that we agreed upon. The job that I hired Jane for is hard to bid, my home is a disaster and is well quite overwhelming for me, really there's just so much clutter that even though I really have a great deal of storage that I just need a few people to come in and clean everything and then remove all garbage and junk and organize what's left. She just doesn't show up on time, or return calls, a different girl showed and didn't work well.

I tried using Angelwings for week-end relief for my live-in care attendants that were staying with my folks. But when I needed too, I could never reach Angelwings. I always had to leave a message and wait for them to respond with a call back. Communication with our live-in care takers could have been better. I was always in the middle of several situations and had to make decisions based on what I was told by both parties over the phone, not knowing who was at fault or calling back and forth to try and resolve the problems. Seems they couldn't talk to each other.

I haven't had my house clean in six months and my carpets haven't been cleaned in years. The built up dust was so bad on the baseboards and window sills. Jane and her crew came in and worked magic. They went above and beyond what I had expected and have now hired them to keep my house up on a bi-monthly schedule. They are very friendly, courteous and responsive. They have worked around my schedule and made me feel like I was in control as for as focusing on the areas I wanted cleaned. My house is clean and smells clean. I would recommend them to anybody.

I hired Jane Wright with Angel Wings to clean for my Step Mom who is 78 years old and lives in her own apartment. I had a lengthy and pleasant conversation with Jane prior to her meeting with Alice. I immediately liked Jane just by speaking with her on the phone and felt that she would be a good fit for my Step Mom. Her personality was upbeat, accommodating and professional. When she met Alice, they hit it off as well, set a date to begin the service and what a job Jane did! I was not expecting such attention to detail. My Step Mom has accumulated many nick nacks and such. Jane came thru each room and thoroughly cleaned each and everything in every room, from top to bottom. I could not be happier with the work. I could not be happier with her attitude. I am also considering hiring her to do my own home. Good job! It has been a very pleasant experience that I will share with my friends. I feel that her rates are very reasonable as well. Thank you.
