Angela's Cleaning Services was founded to bring a new type of cleaning services to residential and commercial locations. We are an LLC along with being bonded & insured and our company prides itself on communication, exceptional customer-service, and caring , detailed employees who treat your homes it if it is their own. Let us turn your house back in to a home! We Service anywhere within Summit & Stark , Medina & Wayne counties, Ohio! Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday 9AM-5PM. We accommodate larger cleans on Saturdays. We can book a cleaning over the phone or even seeing the home by giving you an estimate prior to cleaning. We only need as little as a few days notice for booking as well. We bring over 90 products in our work truck and everything we need to clean your home , including high -powered vacuums. We also offer a variety of green products!

I was in a timing situation to have rental properties wiped down. She accommodated me even in late evening. The ladies stayed busy. They had a good work relationship with each other. The cleaning was thoroughly done.

I got a prompt response from the company who reached out. They were available in a timely manner which was important to us. We discussed relatively briefly the cleaning standard in their one-time move-out cleaning. We also discussed additional interior and exterior windows. The work was done while we were out of town. It was an adequate job but not as thorough as I'd hoped. Inside of kitchen appliances and upstairs floors were well cleaned. I was disappointment that the walls were not cleaned well (we were told this was standard if visibly needed cleaning), there was still dust particularly on thelower level, and windows were not well cleaned despite our explicit discussion and instructions on this). Overall timely service with good (but not great) cleaning.

very nice. walked around my house with me and told me exactly what he was going to do. arrived on time and got to work immediately. when he was done offered other services but I denied. explained my bill which was everything he said he was going to do. nice guy.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They showed up just fine, a little early. They cleaned what I told them had already been cleaned. They did polish and shine as I asked, but the areas that needed some real cleaning were barely touched and I had to spend the next day cleaning myself.

They simply did not show up as scheduled. I tested and called with no response. They also have my key and have not responded to questions about returning it.

We hired Angela's to clean our home. We started with a $250.00 "deep clean" then a bi-weekly cleaning. Everything was going well for the first couple of months, then appointments started being missed and the communication with the company became poor. Although today was the day our house was to be cleaned, instead, we received a text from Angela's stating that our bi-weekly fee now needs to be increased an additional $25.00 per cleaning. We asked that since today was our cleaning day, if the house was cleaned. Angela's responded that it had not. We cancelled our service with the company. Very disappointed.

This was a BIG job! A ton of construction dust on every surface throughout our home. Some areas worse than others. We were amazed at the quality of work and the attention to detail. Angela's team made our home 'sparkle'! It even smelled wonderful!! I'm also impressed I received a follow up phone call immediately after the completion of work. I highly recommend Angela's Cleaning Services!
