James was awesome in handling my camera system. He did one once around the porch after informing him of my needs as a paraplegic in a wheelchair, and installed my camera system inside and out as an outstanding professional takes pride in his job!! James helped us build a plan that worked for us. We had a lot of questions and he explained the different options we had. He made sure we could get the equipment and sensors we needed without spending too much. He and Josh took the time to make sure all the sensors were installed correctly and tested them. They also walked us through how to use the new equipment and app.
