This was actually an install of a heat pump/mini split system. They were professional and courteous. Really thought they did a great job and were careful and methodical. I did not feel like they were trying to rush the install or anything like that. Listened to me as we discussed where to install and I appreciated that as it resulted in a great final result.

I had a draft inducer motor that made noise last fall. I knew it was an expensive part and they ordered it right away. Due to supply chain problems it took a couple of months to get the replacement. I feel lucky that the motor didn't fail during this time period, but it didn't. I never realized that it made more noise than it did because I had become used to it. I had Angell Aire install this furnace and A/C in 2016 and the parts were still in warranty because the Angell Aire went the extra effort to get all the warranty documents to the manufacturer for the full warranty. I can say they were great with the installation, and they were great with the repair. Wonderful company to work with.
