We offer a variety of services such as full service moves, packing, in-home rearrange of furniture if you’re just looking for a change, storage, pre or post cleaning services, donation pickup and junk removal. We partner with Angelo Insurance Agency for any home, renters, auto or business needs you may have. If that wasn’t enough, we also partner with Thrifty Angel, a New Britain thrift store that specializes in the sale of donations from customers with unsold merchandise being donated to the local domestic violence center and churches regularly by our charity, Angelo’s Angels. As of 2022, we are proudly under new management in the office as well as in the field and we are eager to grow and expand while providing truly exceptional service and no hidden fees.

We had a terrible experience. When the lead guy didn't realize we were watching, he rolled a wardrobe box down a flight of stairs, tumbling down with all clothing coming off the hangars. When confronted, he simply shrugged his shoulders. There was damage to the walls in our home. We had a good amount of donations which were packed into the truck first. We had been told that a second trip could be made if it was determined that there was too much to all fit in the truck. We noted to the lead guy that all of our stuff would not fit, but he insisted it would. Not one thing was wrapped or protected. When they were running out of room we again asked them about how they were going to fit all of our things. To our horror, as the lead guy was rearranging things, 3 of our end tables (Hitchcock and cherry wood) and a cherry coffee table came tumbling out. These tables were ruined, full of scratches and gouges. As the lead guy was trying to force things in (with all of our garage items still not packed) we insisted he stop and we'd worry about the rest ourselves. When we arrived at our new place the nightmare continued. Multiple dents, scratches, and dents were left in the walls as they struggled to get our furniture in and upstairs. They were unable to get our couch upstairs and had to leave it in the garage. The head of maintenance of our new place came over and said it was the worst move in he had ever seen. After calling the office to complain, the owner agreed to meet us back at our house with the truck and a new crew the following week to get the rest of our things and then to move the couch into the townhouse. The other 2 crew members were the same from the first move. It should be noted that the lead guy was fired after our move, and the owner told us he had stacks of complaints about him. All the employees I dealt with were very nice. From Whitney, my first contact; Reuben who came to give me a quote to the two young men Christian and Joel who did the actual move and were hard workers and very pleasant. My only problem is that it costed more than I expected. I emphasized that I had a tight budget. In asking about the fees I was assured I had control over the time frame, we would just move the items we could to keep it within the 2 hour time limit. I was not told about the $1 per mile round trip fee which added an extra $76 to the bill. I was made aware of the mileage fee after they ran my card for the $150 deposit and sent the receipt with confirmation of the upcoming move and listed the fee. As they already took my deposit and the move was happening in 2 days, I did not have the time to try to get my deposit back and look for new movers. As neither Whitney nor Reuben mentioned the mileage fee to me, thought I'd mention it to you! In all other ways, I did like Angelo's

This project was to move furnishings to/from garage. Moving team really listened and followed my plan for doing the move. Very respectful and efficient. Did a great job moving heavy big pieces and navigating tight corners! Excellent value!

Horrible, where to start? they never confirmed the appointment, I needed to call multiple times top to confirm the, they then rescheduled my appointment at the day the morning of the moving day, they showed up the next day late, very lazy, they send only two men, one is the very small guy did not want to move, the other was very lazy, they kept complaining and swearing, it took a full day to move my 2 bedroom apartment, made a big scene in the parking lot damaged my furniture, tried to waste time to make more money, they just kids from the streets, never heard of moving tools, very unprofessional. Please avoid them in any possible way. this website should never have them listed. I will never use Angi to hire any other service made my move torture for my family and me I. theyvalso ver expensive for the nastt service they provided.

Too much to go over, so I will summarize. Angelo Enterprises, LLC is the worst moving company we've ever hired, and we?ve moved quite a few times in our life. We ordered a truck & 4 movers. I was told by the company that the team was professional and well trained. We scheduled them for Friday, September 17, 2021 for 9:00am. They arrived at 10:00am and started at 10:25am. Before they started, they wanted to reschedule after walking through the house because of possible rain. This angered my wife and I even more than them showing up late. It never rained. One hour into the move they wanted to be finished by 3:00 pm because 2 guys have ?appointments.? They offered to come back on Sunday morning at 8:00am to finish the job, meaning the basement, the attic, and then finish the first floor. Now we?re even more angry at the unprofessionalism of this team and company. They came smelling like marijuana and the receptionist told me, ?that?s expected.? One guy actually got in my face to find out when we were leaving for the new house so he could leave on time. Edward, the owner, showed up to find out why his team of misfit movers wanted to bail on the job and offered me nothing for my inconvenience. We had a piano, which I was reassured they knew how to move. The piano was not strapped down, nor covered, and slammed all over my belongings, like a pinball in the truck, damaging my dresser and the piano. No one took responsibility. The two guys that want to leave at 3:00pm did not want to work and did very little. One ignored me when I asked him to move items and he let someone else grab them. The other spent half of the time on his phone. We moved to a quiet neighborhood, and they were talking loud, calling each other the ?N? word while talking about their potential weekend sexual conquests. It was so loud you could hear it in the house and our neighbors could hear it. They tried to overcharge me for an extra hour and a half, for which I had to call the owner. T

"I am indeed very sorry that this customer Steve, felt that way about our company. We strive to give our customers very good service, however, in this case there were unfavorable circumstances with two of our movers which no longer work for our company. The crew claimed that the customer was racist, and was very unfriendly. He would not let them use his facility, did not even offer them water or otherwise, after working as hard as they can in extreme hot weather. They planed among themselves, not to complete the job which our office was not aware of. The following day, unknown to our office the movers decided not to return to complete the job, and turned their phones off. We offered to send a completely new crew to complete the job, but the client did not want our company to complete the job, and therefore, we did not charge the client for work done. There were two or three other customers who demonstrated their dissatisfaction as one kept on reading the reviews. Though we strive extremely hard to satisfy our customers, we live in a world that no matter how hard one tries, you will never be able satisfy everyone. If God cannot please the world, mankind will never be able to complete His work. Anytime a client exercise his or her dissatisfaction, our company either do not charge for the service, or give a great discount. However, none of the three customers who received a great discount, or never paid any money for their services, never mentioned about that part in their reviews. For example, the client Steve, was very racist and treated the movers like second class citizens, which he never mentioned in his destructive comments. Many times some clients have either planned not to pay, or want their services at a reduced price. As a result, upon completion, they will demonstrate complete dissatisfaction, and threatened to write an unfavorable review if they do not receive a discount or receive a free service. They obtained their wishes, but still write a bad review after they either obtain a discounted, or free service. I will complete my comments by saying........... THE WORLD IS NOT FLAT, BUT ROUND, NO ON CAN PLEASE OR SATISFY EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF HOW HARD YOU TRY."

They refused to move a refrigerator because they said it would not fit up the stairs (to the 3rd floor). Yet, I hired another mover, and the refrigerator fit with no problem.

Unprepared to do the move. The driver was given the wrong number to call me. He was 1 hour late and then took 20 minutes to get the truck in the driveway. The person assisting the driver was on the phone the entire time and very distracted. HE DID NOTHING. I was told by Jennilee that I did not need to unpack the dresser and that they would bring a wrap to secure the drawers - they were unaware of this and did not have the wrap. I paid 2 of my neighbors to load the truck and they did most of the work. It took 3 hours to load the truck for a studio apartment with only a bedroom set as furniture due to their laziness. They scratched my newly fixed wood floors in the new home because they did not want to pick up the dresser and he shoved it into place. Then Angelo wanted to charge me $300 more. The driver, Al, was very polite and professional and did as much as he could since he did not have any support or cooperation from the person assisting him.

My previous response was in error. I did hire this business for my move. They were very professional and polite and very careful moving some large furniture / items out of our house, I would highly recommend Angelos to anyone looking for moving services. I will look to rehire them when our project is complete to move furniture back into our house!

My TV unit middle glass shelf is missing, the Dining unit is broken and the King mattress is torn. They had left our furniture scattered on the floor and left without acknowledging it. After repeat calls, they came back and arranged things. Now to fix my broken items I am calling them and they are not responding. The owner was very polite when he came for estimation and when we complain about bad service he was very arrogant. This is not a trustworthy company and zero service level. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The Three young men assigned to our moving project - by the business owner Edward Angelo - were professional, patient, pleasant, hard-working and respectful.
