Technician arrived over 1 hour late. I called after 30 minutes and the rep stated soon. Once tech arrived he was very helpful and ensured the job was done correctly. Very informative. Cost was highest of the quotes but they could get to my home the fastest.

We hired Angelo's due to our kitten's "accident" on our velvet couch. Ken, our technician, was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was sure to let us know that the enzymes used to clean the upholstery would take ~ 2 weeks to fully work, but if we had residual odor, we should call and they'd return (at no charge) to apply a second treatment. You can't get any better than that for customer service!
