Angelo and his crew are terrific to work with. They did a total renovation of my apartment before we moved in. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, walls, everything. They showed up every day, worked diligently. Cleaned up at the end of each day. The work they did was perfect and they finished the renovation earlier than expected. In addition they have done some smaller jobs for me over the years. I highly recommend them.

Angelos has been hired for many projects within the coop that I manage. The work is always top notch, with fair pricing. Also the job is not complete unless the client is 100% satisfied-Angelo’s gives their word in that aspect. I recommend them 100% and will continue to hire.

We are a church in Midtown Manhattan. We hired Angelo to extend a kitchen; we had several companies come by and view the job I am so glad we hired his company they did an excellent job. Angelo stopped by every day to check the work we ended up adding additional work in our dining room which he did with no problem. I can't say enough about this company we hired them from Home Advisor, and I would certainly recommend them.

We recently had Angelo renovate a kitchen in a New York midtown studio apartment. It involved retiling the floor, installation of new cabinets, tile back splash, new granite countertops and appliances. Additionally, he installed crown and baseboard moulding throughout the apartment. Angelo is someone who requires little direction once he begins his work. He will call if there are issues, but few problems arose which he didn't have immediate remedies for. His attention to detail is a trademark of his. When he noted some marred cabinets on the ones I purchased, he insisted that they be replaced. As he indicated, the company was happy to send replacement doors based on a few photos. Angelo's office staff handled their portion of all the management company required alteration documents as well as coordinated the delivery of the cabinets and appliances. I went in from time to time to check on the status, but was very comfortable in knowing that Angelo was always checking the work. The workers I met were cordial, professional and very neat. Angelo works quickly and will establish a great rapport with your building superintendent. Above all, this is a man who knows his trade. The project will be completed to your satisfaction.

I selected Angelo Nanis after having interviewed several other contractors for a bathroom renovation in a NYC co-op. I found him on the Home Advisor website. He was by far the most knowledgeable and experienced and he was strongly endorsed by the building management company. Additionally, his office manager understood all the documents that were required for the Alteration Agreement. While I submitted the package, they ultimately handled getting the approval. Angelo started the work when he said he would and his completion date was right on target. His workers were perfectionists and they left the apartment as clean as before they started. The only work he did not do was the custom shower door. His referred us to a colleague who did a beautiful job. He worked very well with our building superintendent which is another consideration for NYC renovations. This was a project with high end materials and expectations. For those that face the challenge of a NYC apartment renovation, I would strongly recommend Angelo.

Angelo is a man of his word. He tells you how it is. He is extremely within budget. This review doesnt give him enough credit. He does amazing work,much farther and beyond one's expectation. He is a very good contractor and would recommend him to anyone that needs a good contractor. My family saw the work that he does and they have all since hired him for a job in their own home.
