Angel's Drywall

The work was near perfect. I am very pleased with the results. I also had some kitchen lights installed. My kitchen is nice and bright! The price was a little higher than my other quotes but to be fair those were from handymen who either didnâ t show or blew me off. Angel is a drywall professional. I had one minor concern but it had nothing to do with the service or the quality of the work. I will definitely hire them again.

They show up when they said they would. Did an outstanding job. Very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Deadlines never met (project took more than double the time and they took a lot of project managing on my part), sloppy work, left trash behind, poor communication (we ended up having to move out for days and this was never communicated)- make sure you get a detailed estimate in writing.

I hired Angel to do a small drywall mud job around my newly installed shower. I recently installed new tile on the floor and requested that plastic be laid down from the entryway through the bathroom. They installed plastic on one small section by where they were working and left the rest uncovered. They got dirt and drywall mud all over the floor. The mud job itself was never completed. Tape and excess mud were left on the shower where they had masked it off. On the floor and baseboard were piles of drywall dust. They did not even vacuum up the job site upon completion. I had just installed a brand new expensive black toilet that had never been used. On the toilet were drywall mud water stains and scuffs. Angel did not take a towel and clean it up but instead left it there and walked off (it should have been covered with plastic from the beginning). I sent Angel a text when he left (he did not tell me he was done or ask me to approve of the job being completed before he left). He said the job was finished. I took photos of everything I just mentioned and sent them to him. I stated I could not believe he left my house in that condition, let alone that he did not complete the job he was hired to do in the first place. He did refund my money which was the right thing to do. Nonetheless, if you are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, shows up on time, and cleans up their mess when the job is done - this is not the company you want to hire. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
