Garrett, with Animal Pros, got right out to us to help us with the squirrel in the fireplace. After a full inspection he found the entry point, evidence of the critter being there, but no squirrel. He patched up the entry point and "fogged" the flue. Great customer service on a Friday night when he could have been home watching March Madness. Thanks Garrett!

Awful experience, fixed part of the problem but not the full issue. I also paid to have a vent cap installed. While on site I was told that a temporary would be put in place until a metal one would be available. It has been over 6 weeks and multiple phone calls without any resolution. Will never hire again.
