We did not realize that this critter was in the house, had babies, and waited until they left the house. The opossums come back again, one of the large ones fell in to our bathroom, and finial got him out. Our daughter was talking with a lady about it, said he husband does that work. We have been using them since then, they do a great job, looks very good with the covers on the roof. I can not say enough about them, very professional, on time and courteous.
