They called me, not text, at a reasonable time and confirmed the problem was within their specialty. Appointment made and called when they were arriving early. Showed me where entry points were and sealed the problems. They will be back to complete the job, because rats don’t run just because Animal Wildlife Trappers shows up. LOL As they told me, the rat has two ways to get out through the one way out cage or the other way. Also love the warranty they have for the work. I like the fact this company is just wildlife removal and nothing else. Here’s the facts and this is how we get the creature out. They have a nice clean look from the vehicle to the matching business card.

These guys know their stuff. I was contact by them first thing in the morning and by the early afternoon they where at my house looking into my problem. They work with you on sitting up times that work for you. So far they have completed sealed up my home where the animals have been getting in and they set traps as well.

They were very professional and told us exactly what would be done it was great.
