I was uncomfortable with doing a cash deal and them power washing the house right away which kind of locked us in on the deal. He was not able to give us paper work as he did not seem to know how to do that. He was a nice guy but I prefer a more professional business deal. It was our problem for accepting the deal too fast and not getting more estimates.

Angel and his team scraped, primed and painted the trim, fascia and two doors on our house as we were required to do so for our FHA loan. They were timely, thorough and easy to work with. We will hire them again.
