President Dennis Scherdt, along with brothers Randy, Jim and Bud, have continued and expanded the work of their father and grandfather, both carpenters by trade. Over the years, Ann Arbor Pool Builders, Inc. has built over 200 residential and commercial pools, averaging from 10 to 25 pools a year. Clients include builders of condominium communities, apartment complexes, and recreation areas and motels/hotels, as well as homeowners who desire customized pools for their backyard. No job is too large or small, and prices will vary depending on the client's needs, the specifications and the kinds of materials used.
