Anner's Roofing

This crew was on time every time they showed up. No surprise fees were charged. Very professional team, they did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend this crew to anyone that needs any type of renovation or roofing done.

Carlos, Anner, and their crew did a wonderful job installing a metal roof on our commercial building. The time they came out to give us an estimate until the work was completed, was a quick turn around. They do high quality work and are very professional.

I have tried for over a year to get a roofer to come replace some shingles and do a little minor repair. Anner's Roofing was highly recommended. They came the next day to inspect the roof. I got a full estimate within hours and within 3 days, they came and got the job done. They are professional, on time, and highly responsible. I recommend them unconditionally. Great company.

Carlos and his crew were very professional and completed my whole roof replace within two days. Price was fair and included a two-year installation workmanship warrant including labor and materials. Great company to work with and did a thorough clean up afterward. Very happy with the results.

Carlos and Anner go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They will take you up on the roof, or photograph the work so you can follow the progress. They are efficient and cleaned up the property so there was not a trace of debris. It was a pleasure to work with a company whose goal is making the customer happy through an excellent job.

After meeting with other roofing contractors I called Anner's Roofing, received a prompt call back from Carlos and we scheduled an appt for the next day. He and Anner arrived promptly, and while Carlos and I discussed the project, Anner walked and inspected every inch of my multi-peaked roof and all hip roofs. I knew this was going to be a big job because I had several roof leaks and a wet attic and 8 custom skylights to replace as well as a cottage roof with 2 existing and 2 new skylights. We also had to replace a lot of plywood that was rotted from years of leaks the prior owner never took care of. This was a 4+ day job, and the last custom skylight came in today and was just installed. They arrived early each morning with a crew. Worked late into the day and cleaned up so my 9 dogs could be safely let out without getting hurt. All the crew were very quiet and courteous, and the installers are top notch - the best workmanship I've seen in a long time. The new skylights were installed in my cottage late on Friday and because I had a new tenant coming in on Saturday, their interior finisher stayed until 2 AM doing the shee-trock tunnel and sparkling and painting so the work would be done the next morning. Above and beyond my expectations. I can't praise them enough. I got a 30-year roof with new skylights warranted also for 30 years at a good price from an exceptional roofing company. Kudos!

Excellent contractor! Prompt, professional, and fair price. Highly recommended for your roofing needs!

The guys were very courteous and were right on with their cost estimate. I would use them again.

They have great craftsmanship very punctual working long hours

I had a contract with a well know roofing co. in Swannannoa but the first thing they asked me to do was sign a disclaimer in case the truck broke my concrete drive!! If you have to sign a disclaimer before work is started with having a contract already something is not good. I heard about Carlos Hernandez, hired him and his crew and can't praise them enough. They replaced complete roof, made repairs, complete cleanup very quickly and professionally. Price was exceptionally good. Would highly recommend Carlos and would certainly be the first one to call in the future. Carlos is insured. I was well pleased with roof and I'm sure you would be. Owner of first company tore up our contract because I wouldn't sign a disclaimer! That's nuts. Use Carlos!!!!

Anner’s Roofing is a contractor I was not familiar with but after reading reviews, meeting and receiving a completive proposal from Carlos; I was impressed. The job they did for me was a single level residential hip roof, approximately 40 square. I have been in the construction industry for more than 45 years and have dealt with hundreds of contractors. This contractor is insured, was on time, did a professional job and cleaned the site thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

I was impressed by the quality and performance of Anner's Roofing. Having done 5 different roofing projects over the years, I can honestly say that this time was by far the best experience. This company exhibited the best in customer service by completing a high quality job in just one day. The price was definitely great and their work including the clean up was top notch. I would use these guys again and again if I had a roofing need. Best of all, the roof looks great and we are very pleased.

Very fast and efficient work

In my 50+ years of dealing with house repair contractors, Anner was the best. Anner, a very personable man himself, runs a well oiled business. Carlos is the main contact person for a job and he kept me well informed as the time for work drew near. A very thorough effort was spent on clean-up after the work on the roof was completed.

Anner, Carlos and crew did a great job. They replaced a large, steep roof in two days and cleaned up the area well. Two skylights were also replaced. The solar powered shades with the skylights were a bit of a challenge because Anner had never installed those before but he persisted and got it right. Anner is a perfectionist--he wants to do it right and I want things done right so it was a good match. Carlos keeps everything organized and communication with him was excellent. I recommend Anner's Roofing.

Couldn't ever, ever expect more!! These roofers came with a large team on first morning and were finished the next evening on a 2200+ sq ft home. Had huge dumpster for old shingles and all big equipment to do the job. Even re-roofed my storage shed! The price neat all others by $1500. $7490. Perfect clean up! Amazed to find out that Carlos was only 24. Handled himself like a complete pro. Thank you, Carlos!

They were good, I would recommend them.
