Tom did a very good job on my roof.

This contractor did not pay any of their suppliers and although they bid me a great price on my roof, I now have a large contractor's lein on my property because of their failure to pay their suppliers. They were VERY rude with me when I was upset about it.

Annett Construction did a good job, for a reasonable price. They got the job started and completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for the type of work we had them do.

Left some things undone... had to come back to finish. Damage to a couple of plants and windows. Owner and crew very nice.

Stuck to budget in spite of additional layers found on our roof. Nice clean up job and considering it was the hottest week of the year, they worked hard and fast and were a pleasure to work with. We would refer them to our friends and family without hesitation.

My problems Update: On Nov 28, 2003, my skylight continues to leak, and yet they have not corrected it. I am very dissatisfied. Every aspect of this job was done incorrectly. If my skylight problem is not resolved (ie, no leaks when it rains), I will take them to small claims court. I can not have a skylight leaking when it rains. I have never seen a company managed as poorly as Annett Construction.began June 19 when this crew began to do my roof; today is Sept 29, and the work is not yet complete. The skylight is held in place with only two nails, incompletely driven in. Overall workmanship is the poorest I have ever experienced. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I had a roofing inspector come out, and there are four major deficiencies. There was no clean up done. Mr. Annett has yet to repay me for long distance phone calls and a broken water pitcher his crew were responsible for. There was ceiling damage in three bedrooms when the crew left for the weekend and did not tarp over the incomplete roof. I have gutter guards missing, and they were not replaced correctly on the roof. I have piles of nails and flashing still on my rof from June. I suggest you remove this company from your listing. This is the sorriest business I have ever deal with. It would take them about two hours to complete my roof; I have seen no one or heard from anyone from the Annett construction company for weeks. I sent them the inspector's report and photos, so they are aware of the situation. Maybe you have some suggestion as to how I can get them to complete the roof job.

Annett Construction did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased. The owner is a real pleasure to talk with. The workers were extremely courteous and did a super job on the roof and cleaning up. When the job was completed, the only way we could tell we had a new roof was to look up at it - there was absolutely no construction materials left on the ground! The roof is beautiful and our neighbors are lining up to get the name of our roofer! I strongly recommend this company. Tom (the owner) was a real joy to work with! He takes a pride in his company"s work and personally took an interest in our satisfaction with the job - something that is all too rare in today"s society!!
