We hired the company to trim all the tree branches so they wouldn't overhang on our roof, but the service guy didn't trim the branches that were hanging over the garage. We had to insist that the garage is part of the roof. So, he talked to his boss and finally trimmed those branches too (no extra charge). Then he had an argument on the phone with his boss (in front of my husband) about not wanting to use the credit card-reader on his phone & wanted her to take our payment via phone. Very unprofessional! Finally he gave in and took our payment with his card-reader. They did a good job and cleaned up nicely but we won't be using them again.

Great people! Did a clean job in a tight area of the yard surrounded by fencing, greenhouse and home, did a great and speedy job removing a large tree and all the pieces and ythen cleaning up. I would hire them again in a minute!

Anne and Darrell worked very hard as a team to remove 4 trees. They found a way to get our job done in our very tight time schedule. They are very personable and spent a lot of time providing valuable information about our trees. They had excellent equipment and worked safely climbing very large trees. They mulched all the limbs and cleaned up the job site. Well done.
