The initial work that they provided was good to install our gas stove but the follow-up work that they were hired for to installi tile in our bathroom, recessed lights, and wood floor in our kitchen was horrific. We were told that this work would take 2 weeks to be completed. They were inconsistent in showing up to work and after several calls to see if they were coming that day, someone might have showed up around 2 or 3. The people that were hired to assist them (tile guy and electrician) did horrible jobs. The bathroom tile looks terrible. It is not straight and some of the tiles are cracked. Then we had to ask them to put our shower head and bathtub faucet back together so that we could use our shower. We have no soap dish or towel bar to use. The electrician left several holes in our ceiling instead of measuring where the recessed lights should be placed. We also have a light fixture without a wall plate that has exposed wires and we were told that they would put wall plates on all the dimmers they installed for the lights. They had to have someone else come and do a rush job to try and correct all of the sloppy work done by the others and this person didn't leave our house until almost 10PM while we were trying to eat dinner and get the kids ready for bed with the dust and noise going on around us. We have tried to get a status on the installation of our kitchen floors and have been told that the floors are on back order or they don't return our calls at all. At this point we would like to get our money back but the owner won't return our calls.

Glenn was very professional. We were able to schedule an appointment the day before, and when another job ran long and he couldn't make that appointment we were able to reschedule for the next day. He even gave us a discount for missing the original appointment - above and beyond my expectations. While installing our dishwasher he was very courteous and thorough.
